Perfect overall experience. It is nicely decorated hotel with a view over lake. The pool area is nice too.

I appreciated getting the spacious room with a balcony I had reserved online and the delicious food with plenty of choices available.

This hotel is superb. We cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience including the friendliness and helpful staff. Our room was excellent with an unbelievable view. We had to keep checking it wasn't wallpaper. Don't think twice, book it!

The staff is excellent, they have service as their middle name. Good bed, clean rooms, beautiful views over the lake. Good breakfast and restaurant. If you would need a car or excursions the staff will arrange this for you. Excellent choise to experience Bariloche and it´s surrounding nature.

I had a fantastic stay for 3 nights with my wife. the location was quiet and unbeatable, conveniently close to the restaurant and just a short distance from the city center. We loved the public areas, including the indoor pool, bar, reception, and breakfast area.

Will come again if the volcano stops. We were not aware that it was still sending out its ash.

The volcano is still active and some days you cannot see the lake because of the ash haze. You have to make a 4+ hour trip by bus from Esquel as the airport is closed. On a clear day, and if the wind is blowing the ash another way it does happen the views are great. The dirt access road is rutted and not at all good for backs and needs grading badly.

The place is really comfortable with great staff. Have dinner in the restaurant - the food is the best we had in Bariloche!

The hotel is situated in a tranquil location within the national park, close to the city center and popular tourist spots. I requested a twin room, and it was cozy and delightful. the bed was comfy, and the bathroom felt luxurious.

Says it is close to Bariloche city centre.It is well over 2 kms away and along a very busy road with no verges. Only for those with a car

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They went above expectations. The view from our room was incredible. Although the hotel was not walking distance from the town, it was everything and more one could want.

My wife and I had a very comfortable 3-night stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a good breakfast each morning. Our room was cozy and had a beautiful view of the lake. I appreciated both the wake-up service and the spacious bed. the location was ideal, just a short walk to all the places I wanted to visit.

Everything was great: location and view are beautiful. Personal and friendly services, Comfortable, relatively new, nicely decorated, Good restaurant. 2.5 KM from town center, which is not too far. easily accssible with taxi (if do not rent a car):. Cas are not xpensive (about 18 pesos per one way.

I would say i loved the bathroom in our room, but we stayed two nights and at the second night there was no hot water...disappointing

The service was awful, maybe the worst service i got from a hotel in my life this hotel could never be reated as five star hotel! Breakfast is very poor and didnt have hot water on my room

The staff were friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The services were very good. The vibe here was individual. Free wi-fi throughout the property worked flawlessly. The hotel was not far from public areas like the indoors pool, the bar, reception, breakfast area, and a nearby restaurant. Had a nice evening at the gorgeous kitchen located not very far from the venue.
